The Parti des 7 Merveilles du Peuple Gabonais (7MP) and the Mouvement Oligui Nguema 100% (MON 100%) publicly shared the outcomes of their extensive national tour this past Friday in Cité Damas. This significant journey, undertaken from June 4 to June 25, 2026, spanned all nine provinces of Gabon. During a press conference, leaders from both organizations reflected on the key insights gained and outlined their strategic direction moving forward.
Led by Joël Ngoueneni Ndzengouma, who serves as both the founding president of the 7MP and the president of MON 100%, the delegation engaged directly with citizens, party activists, and local officials. The primary objective was to gather feedback on the population’s concerns and to assess the nation’s social and political landscape following the 2025 presidential election.
Joël Ngoueneni Ndzengouma highlighted that the tour also played a crucial role in strengthening the internal structures of both movements. He stated, « Since June 4, 2026, the 7MP and the MON 100% Movement have combined their efforts to maintain the momentum initiated on February 8, 2025. »
Throughout their provincial stops, discussions frequently revolved around pressing issues articulated by the populace. These included critical areas such as youth employment, access to clean drinking water, the condition of national roads, healthcare provisions, educational opportunities, and the rising cost of living. Joël Ngoueneni Ndzengouma emphasized, « We went out to meet our compatriots, to listen to them, and to truly understand the realities on the ground. »

The leadership of both organizations also confirmed undertaking a restructuring of their provincial coordination bodies, updating their member databases, and welcoming new adherents. The movement’s president specified, « This mission allowed us to identify new local leaders, solidify the MON 100%’s presence across all nine provinces, and secure 1,000 new membership applications. »
The press briefing saw the attendance of several notable political figures, including Angélique Ngoma, Secretary General of the Parti Démocratique Gabonais (PDG), and Gervais Oniane, President of the Union pour la République (UPR).
Speaking at the event, Gervais Oniane urged political parties to prioritize dialogue and collaborative efforts. He asserted, « It is essential for political parties to work together in a spirit of unity and responsibility to support the significant transformations underway in the country. »
Concluding the gathering, the 7MP and MON 100% leaders put forward a proposal for establishing a consultative platform. This platform would bring together political parties that actively endorse the agenda of President Brice Clotaire Oligui Nguema. They believe such a framework for exchange would greatly enhance coordination among the various political formations in Gabon.
