The presidency of the Assembly National has now taken shape. Several members of his team have already held executive posts during Ousmane Sonko’s tenure as Prime Minister between 2024 and 2026.
Marie Rose Faye has been appointed director of cabinet to the Assembly President.
- Daouda Ngom, Amadou Moustapha Ndieck Sarre, Khady Diéne Gaye, Alioune Sall, Maïmouna Dièye, Amadou Chérif Diouf, Fatou Diouf, Alpha Ba, Ibrahima Thiam and Sidy Alpha Ndiaye make up the remaining nine members of the team.
This new team will support the Assembly President in carrying out his duties and implementing his institutional missions.
