Panafrican platform honours countries for economic policies and sectoral achievements

Panafrican recognition for outstanding economic policies and sectoral progress

The Panafrican Economic Builders platform recently celebrated its 20th anniversary by honouring nations across Africa for their impactful public policies and sector-specific advancements that have driven economic and social progress on the continent.

A new category highlights transformative governance

This year’s edition introduced a dedicated category to acknowledge African states that have achieved significant breakthroughs in key sectors through effective governance and strategic policy implementation. The recognition underscores the critical role of visionary leadership in shaping sustainable development pathways.

Selection process rooted in rigorous evaluation

An independent jury of African experts and journalists assessed the nominees based on multiple benchmarks, including the tangible impact of public policies, economic performance, sectoral progress, and contributions to African integration. This meticulous evaluation ensured that only the most deserving nations were selected.
