Gonçalo Ramos has officially joined AC Milan, as confirmed by Paris Saint-Germain in a statement. The Portuguese striker signed until 2031 after three seasons at PSG, winning 12 trophies including two consecutive Champions League titles. His departure leaves a gap that PSG now aims to fill.
PSG considering Balogun
PSG have activated a surprising lead. The Parisian club is interested in Folarin Balogun. Last season, he was AS Monaco’s top scorer with 19 goals in 43 appearances. The American international is also performing at the World Cup being played on home soil with the US team. Luis Campos and his staff particularly appreciate the 24-year-old’s profile, who brings valuable Ligue 1 experience thanks to his spells at Reims and Monaco.
Monaco open to selling Balogun
For now, PSG have not taken any concrete steps. But if they do, AS Monaco would not oppose the sale of Folarin Balogun. The club is facing financial difficulties after missing out on Champions League qualification. The American striker is one of three players placed on the market by Monaco, alongside Lamine Camara and Maghnes Akliouche, who is also followed by PSG. The capital club could thus pull off a double transfer from Monaco, but Tottenham and Chelsea are also in the race for Folarin Balogun.
