On 14 May 2026, the Tchad Ministry of Public Security and Immigration hosted a high-level delegation from Turkey’s IF Elektronik Ltd to explore a groundbreaking technological partnership. Discussions centered on digital security solutions, combating mobile device smuggling, strengthening cybersecurity frameworks, and unlocking job opportunities for young Tchadians.
During the meeting, Benguela Guidjinga, Secretary-General of the ministry, highlighted the transformative potential of these proposals—particularly innovations in mobile equipment monitoring and border security technologies. The collaboration is seen as a pivotal step toward knowledge transfer and sustainable economic growth for Tchad.
