Paris Saint-Germain is on the verge of clinching its 14th French league title. Holding a comfortable six-point lead over Lens and boasting a superior goal difference with only two fixtures remaining, the capital club is ready to celebrate. Luis Enrique‘s squad could seal the deal this Wednesday during their trip to face the second-place side in a rescheduled match from the 29th round of Ligue 1.
A decisive step toward the trophy
To secure the championship immediately, Paris simply needs to avoid defeat. The team has dominated the standings since the 23rd matchday. However, a victory—even with a rotated lineup—would serve as a significant morale booster before the Champions League final against Arsenal on May 30. Notably, this fixture against Lens was moved to provide the Parisian side with extra recovery time ahead of their European ambitions.
Broadcast details for the match
The showdown between Paris Saint-Germain and Lens is scheduled for Wednesday, May 13. Fans can catch the action live starting at 9:00 PM. The game will be broadcasted on beIN Sports 1.
