Morocco and Jordan have solidified their judicial partnership by signing an extradition treaty in Rabat, marking a significant step toward enhanced legal cooperation between the two nations.

The landmark agreement was finalized on Friday by Morocco’s Minister of Justice Abdellatif Ouahbi and his Jordanian counterpart Bassam Samir Al-Talhouni, following high-level discussions focused on deepening bilateral judicial ties.

The negotiations centered on strengthening coordination mechanisms and fostering mutual exchange of legal expertise across various judicial domains.

Establishing a legal framework for cross-border transfers
