To offset the anticipated departures of Gonçalo Ramos, who is likely headed to AC Milan, and Lee Kang-In, reportedly close to signing with Atlético de Madrid, the capital club has intensified its pursuit of several targets. Among these are Maghnes Akliouche from AS Monaco and, more recently, Yan Diomandé of RB Leipzig. The Ivorian winger, who continues to impress at the 2026 World Cup, was a primary target for Liverpool but has ultimately opted for Paris Saint-Germain.
Al-Khelaïfi’s strong ties with RB Leipzig’s leadership
