Morocco’s forward-thinking approach to migration management, built on solidarity, mutual responsibility, and respect for human dignity, was showcased on Thursday in Huelva, Spain, by Younes Sekkouri, the minister of economic inclusion, small business, employment, and skills.
Speaking at a forum titled “Migration governance and circular migration between Morocco and Spain: keys to a mutually beneficial cooperation,” Sekkouri emphasised that this humane migration policy was implemented following the high directives of King Mohammed VI. He added that the royal vision places human capital at the core of public policies and views mobility as a driver of economic growth, skills transfer, and closer ties between peoples.
