The official notice, dated May 19, 2026, and signed by the presiding judge of the division, Mr. Samir Adam Annour, confirms that case file number 092/25 will bring together two key parties: the defense coalition led by the legal team of Masra and the Mandakao defendants, with Me Kadjilem-baye Francis at the forefront, against the prosecution and the Chadian state, represented by the State Legal Agency (AJE).
