Kazakhstan sees Morocco as key trade partner for economic growth

The Vice-Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan, Alibek Kuantyrov, has highlighted Morocco as a strategic partner during an official visit to Rabat. During talks with Morocco’s Minister of Industry and Trade, Ryad Mezzour, he emphasized the strong potential for expanding bilateral trade and investment between the two nations.

Direct trade to boost quality and efficiency

Kazakhstan is eager to import high-quality Moroccan goods directly, eliminating intermediaries to secure premium products for its markets. Alibek Kuantyrov stressed the importance of direct trade channels to enhance product quality and reduce costs in bilateral exchanges.

The Kazakh delegation, led by Kuantyrov, is actively exploring opportunities to strengthen commercial ties. Kazakhstan also aims to significantly increase its exports of wheat, finished goods, and other commodities to Morocco, reflecting a mutual commitment to deepen economic integration.
