During a crucial AU PSC session dedicated to ‘the protection of child soldiers in Africa,’ the Moroccan delegation highlighted that children continue to bear the brunt of persistent conflicts across the continent. These vulnerable youngsters face severe risks, including forced recruitment into armed groups, exposure to brutal violence, and disruptions to their education, all of which profoundly jeopardize their prospects for a stable and prosperous future.
