Already actively engaged behind the scenes following their recent Champions League triumph, Paris Saint-Germain appears poised to accelerate its summer transfer activities significantly. The club’s initial major acquisition could reportedly originate from Russia, with the transfer of Aleksey Batrakov for approximately €25 million said to be on a highly advanced track.

Following their victorious Champions League final against Arsenal, Paris Saint-Germain is already looking ahead to the next season with a clear objective for the transfer market: to inject fresh talent into a squad that requires strategic reinforcement rather than a complete overhaul. In line with this vision, the Parisian project, which prioritizes investing in promising young talents, is set to continue. It is within this framework that Aleksey Batrakov now appears extremely close to committing to PSG. Dmitry Cheltsov, an agent with extensive knowledge of the Russian market, even asserts a 95% probability that the offensive midfielder from Lokomotiv Moscow will soon join the French capital.
Batrakov’s path to PSG nearing completion?
“Batrakov is almost certainly (with a 95% chance) on his way to Paris. The leadership of PSG and Lokomotiv Moscow have already engaged in around ten telephone discussions. Luis Campos is expected to travel to Moscow next week — the week concluding today — with the aim of finalizing the transfer. For this deal to fall through, it would require an unforeseen major event. The transfer fee is projected to be €25 million, with a salary of approximately €5 or €6 million. The move is anticipated to be completed within the next two weeks,” he revealed during the program European Review on the Comment.Show channel.
