Senegal’s president warns amid political tensions and party launch

In a decisive address marking the launch of his new political movement, KIIRAAY – Les Patriotes Républicains, President Bassirou Diomaye Faye issued a stern warning to his former prime minister, Ousmane Sonko. The message, delivered in Wolof, translates to a clear stance: “Here, what was once tolerated will no longer be accepted.”
