N’DJAMENA — Mohamed Boukhari, Chair of Algeria’s National Economic, Social and Environmental Council (CNESE), arrived in Chad on Tuesday at the invitation of his counterpart, Ahmat Mboudou Mahamat. The visit centers on participating in the opening of the second ordinary session of Chad’s Economic, Social, Cultural and Environmental Council (CESCE) for 2026, scheduled for Wednesday in the capital.
