Recent updates indicate that Moroccan embassies worldwide, including its mission in Japan, have ceased issuing visa confirmation letters to Taiwanese citizens. This abrupt policy shift has significantly disrupted travel plans and bilateral exchanges between the two nations.
Taiwanese authorities announced the reciprocal measure on Friday, barring visa applications for Moroccans unless they qualify for special exemptions.
